Employment

Associate Attorneys

At our firm, client service comes first. As a result, we remain poised to bring in new associates when our caseload demands it. We have two chief criteria when hiring lawyers. First, we look for people with whom we would like to spend time, while working and when not working. Second, we make sure those people are appropriately credentialed and have experience—either in life or in the practice of law—that will prove advantageous for our clients.

Law Clerks

Each summer, the firm employs several law students as clerks, some of whom continue to work with us throughout the school year and eventually as associates.

In fact, many of our current associates and partners first joined us as clerks. Some came to work here right out of law school. Some clerked for judges first. Others tested the waters in other firms before returning to the fold. Whether our clerks stay with us after law school or not, having law students around to ask probing questions and lend a hand with research proves invaluable for us and, we believe, for them.
